I love to make things. I need my hands to be busy. Some folks need to drink coffee, to excercise, to meditate, eat chocolate or drink wine. Don't get me wrong, I have a love and appreciation for all those things. But I NEED my hands to be busy. This is for me the path to feeling relaxed and at peace with a clear mind.
